High-performance V/F control and Speed sensor-less vector control, rapid dynamic response of torque, 0.5HZ to output 150% torque, satisfying the switching requirement during injection process, and reducing the delay of forming cycle of the product to the minimum.
Functions of automatic reset, reset from power cut-off and following reset are able to ensure the product quality and continuous production;
SB61Z has an integrated cabinet structure, a convertible double-loop of operating with self-power supply/operating in saving mode, thus production will not be influenced as abnormal condition occurs to the frequency converter;
Four complete isolating read analog input loops are able to provide various analog input interfaces of 0 -1A / 3A £¬ 1-20Ma,0-12/24V, 1-10 V and to satisfy the demand of most plastic jetting-moulding machine directly.
Special control functions for most of the plastic jetting-moulding machines are provided, and two sets of operation parameters are available to fully optimize the work pieces with different specifications. The original control oil circuit of the injection machine will not be changed, the constant pump is changed into the energy-saving variable pump, the hydraulic system is matched with the power required by operating the complete equipment, no loss of detained energy caused by high voltage throttle exists, and the power saving rate can reach 25%-60%.
